The Weather Forecast for 17th to 23rd December
Even better than the week before, it just got sunnier and hotter on Tenerife, ending the week with sky high temperatures that reached 30C+ in the sunshine. Anyone who chose that fortnight to visit Tenerife, picked an absolute cracker.
Weather Forecast for Tenerife from 24th to 30th December
We’re a bit late with the weather this week as taking a couple of days off for Christmas got in the way. The fantastic spell Tenerife has been enjoying broke on Christmas Eve with a mix of cloud and sun and temperatures dropping by a few degrees with rain in places during the evening. There were cloudy spells on Christmas Day but also long, sunny ones as well. The rest of the week should be sunny and, although it won’t be as hot as it has been recently, the mercury should rise as we fiesta through the week. It should be lovely and warm for the weekend.
Weather in South Tenerife – It’s going to be a sunny week although temperatures won’t be as hot, starting the week at around 20C and rising to 23C as the week progresses.
Weather in North Tenerife – Like the south it will be a sunny week with temperatures starting at a quite cool 15C in the shade but rising to 20C in the shade as the week goes on.
Weather in East Tenerife – Mostly sunny but Wednesday will be cloudy. Temperatures will stay around 18/20C in the shade.
Weather in South West Tenerife – A mirror of the south except for being around a degree warmer with temperatures rising from 21 to 24C as we approach the weekend.
Weather in the Mount Teide Crater – It’s blue skies and sunshine all week in Teide National Park and on the summit of Mount Teide. Temperatures in the crater will range from 9C to 13C and between 2C and 4C on the peak.
So far today webcams around Tenerife show more or less the same picture everywhere; a mix of sunshine and cloud.
