The Weather Forecast for 15th to 21st July
The weather on Tenerife in summer doesn’t usually bring any surprises; it’s hot and sunny. There were a few clouds about and some mornings, in both south and north, started out a bit hazily before the sun burned them off. In some parts there was possibly a bit more cloud reported than expected. It’s great for sunbathing and enjoying the cooling coastal breeze but not ideal for walking, unless it’s somewhere with plenty of shady moments.

Weather Forecast for Tenerife from 22nd to 28th July
Typically there’s not much to say about the weather on Tenerife during these summer months. It will be hot and sunny with a few clouds and temperatures undulating slightly.

Weather in South Tenerife –  It’s going to be a typically hot and sunny July week with only a few clouds about. Temperatures will be a bit lower than in recent weeks, starting the week at around 25C before rising to 29C on Wednesday before settling at a perfect 26C for the rest of the week.

Weather in North Tenerife –  It should be a mainly sunny week with only a few light clouds. Temperatures begin the week in the low 20sC, climbing to the mid 20s as the week progresses.

Weather in East Tenerife –  Like everywhere else it will be a mainly sunny week with a few clouds apart from Thursday and Sunday when there will be a a bit more cloud mixed in with the sunshine. In the east of Tenerife the week will start around 24C before dropping a couple of degrees by the weekend.

Weather in South West Tenerife – Once again similar to the south, the south west starts the week at 27C climbing a couple of degrees for Tuesday and Wednesday before settling back at 26/27C from Thursday onwards.

Weather in the Mount Teide Crater – It’s going to be a sunny week in Teide National Park this week. Temperatures in the crater will vary between 17 and 20C, whilst on the summit they will be between 8C and 10C. The wind will get up with gusts of up to 45km/h over the weekend so it’s worth checking if the cable car is running from Friday onwards.

So far today webcams around Tenerife show cloud most places with a lazy Monday morning sun just trying to break up the greyness.
