The Weather Forecast for 3th to 9th June
You start to wonder if Spain’s weather forecasters have taken a holiday. Even though forecasts insisted there were sunny globes over Tenerife, there was an awful lot of cloud about. The south did at least experience some good, sunny spells but these were rarer in the north with the sun only breaking through periodically each day. We wonder if this is going to be one of those summers where the panza del burro ( a weather phenomena known locally as ‘the belly of the donkey’) makes an appearance

Weather Forecast for Tenerife from 10th to 16th June
In theory it looks lie it will be a sunny week everywhere on Tenerife with perfect temperatures that stay around the mid 20s in the shade making it feel much hotter in the sunshine. However, the forecasters said last week was a sunny one even though there was far more cloud about than predicted.

Weather in South Tenerife –  It’s looking like almost perfect weather with sunny days and a few light clouds all week and temperatures of 23/25C.

Weather in North Tenerife –  According to the forecast there will be even less cloud in the north apart from Thursday morning which will be a mix of cloud and sun, Temperatures will start the week at a coolish 17C in the shade rising to 24C by the weekend.

Weather in East Tenerife –  In the east it will be sunny with a few light clouds around all week except for Thursday and Friday which will be a mix of sun and cloud. Temperatures will stay around 21/22C throughout the week.

Weather in South West Tenerife – It looks like once again the best of the sunshine will be in the south west over the next week with every day being cloudless apart from Thursday and Friday when there will be only a couple of fluffy clouds about. Temperatures should be a perfect 23/26C.

Weather in the Mount Teide Crater – Things are no different in Teide National Park where it will be sun, sun and more sun all the way. Temperatures in the crater will vary between 12 and 18C, whilst on the summit they will be between 2C and 7C. There might be quite high winds on the summit of Mount Teide on Monday morning but after that it should be okay.

So far today webcams around Tenerife show a a quite cloudy Tenerife with a few sunny breaks in paces.
