The Weather in Tenerife 24th to 30th October
Once againThe Spanish Met Office got it absolutely right with a mix of sun and cloud for most of the week. There were shorts periods of rain but nothing like the heavy downpours that can often welcome the clocks going back. The sea, however, did acknowledge the change in the season with high waves being responsible for a yellow weather alert on the north coast. Just to clarify as some people confuse yellow alerts with bad weather, when it comes to waves, the alert should serve as a warning not to stary too near to the sea. Just because it’s warm and sunny doesn’t mean those waves are stunning but harmless.
