The Spanish Met Office has called off the weather warning for ‘hot’ temperatures on Tenerife…and yet the actual temperatures in the north don’t feel as though they’ve lost any of their intensity – they are still 30+.

It’s still sunny, hot and the visibility has improved, suggesting that the calima is moving away.
There’s been an international conference about volcanoes in the Taoro Casino in Puerto de la Cruz this week (COV6). The temperatures have been such that they added a touch of authenticity to the slideshows of molten lava… making them more a sort of ‘feel-o-vision’.
