The Weather Forecast for 25th November to 1st December
I wish I could bring you better news but it isn’t looking like it will be a great week on Tenerife. Rain and cloud is predicted for every day across the island with a yellow level alert for rainfall in place until Tuesday. The second half of the week looks as though it will be brighter than the first and the north looks best bet for most sunshine hours. But this is Tenerife so there will still be plenty of sunny spells and the rain shouldn’t last long. The pattern of high cloud continues so Mount Teide could end up with a thick white coat before the week is out.

Weather Forecast for Tenerife from 25th November to 1st December
The mixed weather continued as forecast with a week of sun, cloud and rain with the heaviest rainfall being in the south of the island and northern parts around Puerto de la Cruz escaping with what was more or less showers. It’s normal weather for November except this year it’s lasted most of the month instead of a few days and this week especially the south has been wetter than the north. It wasn’t as cool as predicted with temperatures remaining at around 23C even when the cloud came over.

Weather in South Tenerife –  No change, if anything even more rain with a yellow weather alert for rain lasting till Tuesday at least. It will be a cloudy, wet week with temperatures ranging from 19C to 23C. There’s a chance of rain every day (35 -100% possibility). The second half of the week should be a bit brighter.

Weather in North Tenerife –  It’s looking slightly better in the north with sunshine predicted for every day although there will still be cloud and a chance of rain as well (20 -100%). Temperatures will also remain on the less warm side 18C to 22C during the week.

Weather in East Tenerife –  Similar to the south. There will be cloud every day with the best chance of sunshine being between Wednesday and Saturday. There’s also a 20 -100% chance of rain each day with temperatures range from 17C to 20C.

Weather in South West Tenerife – The forecast for the south west is similar to the north with sunshine mixed with cloud every day although there will be a 35-100% chance of rain. Temperatures will range from 20C to 22C .

Weather in the Mount Teide Crater – A rare week in that the only day where there will be full sunshine in Teide National Park will be Wednesday. Apart from that it will be cloudy and rainy in the crater and snowing on the summit with high winds to boot so there’s a good chance the cable car won’t be operating much this week. Temperatures on the summit will range from a chilly -2C to a cold 0C and from 9 to 11C in the crater
