The Weather in Tenerife 20th February to 26th February
Generally it was a sunny week as predicted across most of Tenerife with only a cloudy glitch at the start of the week and a quite cloudy Wednesday making ‘Carnaval’ week in the north of Tenerife one of the driest and sunniest for a few years. People’s perceptions of the weather on Tenerife are still a bit all over the place generally caused by the quite extreme difference in temperatures between full sunshine and shade.

The Weather Forecast for Tenerife from 27th February to 4th March
There’s very little change in the weather across Tenerife. It should be sunny almost everywhere for most of the week with  little change in temperatures. Which means lovely and warm in the sunshine, but a bit on the cool side in the shade.

Weather in South Tenerife – It should be a re-run of last week with a beautiful week forecast for the south of Tenerife with sunshine all the way except for the occasional fluffy cloud. Temperatures will stay around 20/21C in the shade.

Weather in North Tenerife – Like the south, the north should be mainly sunny but with a few more clouds on Thursday. There’s a 5 chance of a shower on Friday. Temperatures should be 17C in the shade.

Weather in East Tenerife – Same as the north and south with sunshine for most of the week with cloudy spells on Thursday and a 5% possibility of rain on Friday. Temperatures will be around 19/20C in the shade.

Weather in South West Tenerife – Almost exactly the same as the south; a sunny week with light cloud now and again. Temperatures should be about 22/23C in the shade.

Weather in the Mount Teide Crater
– It should be a sunny week in the crater and on the summit of Mount Teide. Temperatures in the crater will vary from 4 to 10C and from -1 to -7C on the summit.

So far today webcams around Tenerife show a sunny start to the week across the island.
