The Weather Forecast for 25th November to 1st December
November ends with much of the same weather on Tenerife as the rest of the month – long sunny spells, sun and cloud, cloud and rain in parts with the possibility of snow on Mount Teide. It will be warm in the sunshine but quite a few degrees cooler out of it.

Weather Forecast for Tenerife from 18th to 24th November
It was another typical November week with some lovely days, some mixed days, some rain and some cloud. Some days it was sunny in the south and cloudy in the north and others it was sunny in the north and cloudy in the south. Overall temperatures were cooler as predicted which was noticeable out of the sun. In sunshine, as always, it was warm. But what’s cool for Tenerife and what’s cool for visiting northern Europeans can be two different things. On Saturday night we enjoyed  post-sunset chestnuts and wine at the harbour in Puerto de la Cruz and the temperature was 20C.

Weather in South Tenerife –  Almost a re-run of last week with cloud and some rain forecast for every day (5-100% possibility). There will be more sunshine than cloud for the second half of the week although shade temperatures will start the week at 25C dropping to 19C as the week progresses.

Weather in North Tenerife –  Although similar in the north, it’s a bit the other way around with a sunnier start to the week and more cloud over the weekend with Sunday being very cloudy. Like the south it’s likely to rain at some point every day as well somewhere in the north (5100%). Temperatures will also remain on the less warm side 20C to 17C during the week.

Weather in East Tenerife –  It will be a cloudy start to the week, then sunny from Wednesday to Friday followed by a cloudy end to the week with sunny spells. There’s also a 5-100% chance of rain and temperatures will match those of the north.

Weather in South West Tenerife – Apart from a very cloudy Tuesday there will be a decent amount of sunshine, mixed with cloud, every day in the south west making it, as it often is, the best bet for sunbathing on Tenerife although there will be a 5-100% chance of rain every day like everywhere else. Temperatures will mirror those of the south, maybe being a degree higher.

Weather in the Mount Teide Crater – Even Mount Teide isn’t going to escape getting wet this week. The only days predicted to see full sunshine should be Tuesday and Thursday. Every other day will see cloudy spells and rain. Snow is also predicted for the summit over the weekend. There’s a good chance it will be very windy on Teide’s upper slopes from Wednesday onwards so it is worth checking the cable car is running before setting off. Temperatures on the summit will range from a chilly -2C to a cold 2C and from 8 to 10C in the crater
